Steaks in spicy lime and pineapple marinade

In the combination of beef and pineapple there is something subtly

southern, tropical. This meat is especially tasty and tender, if you squeeze fresh pineapple juice — then it will do its job of softening the meat fibers and enriching the steaks with a wonderful aroma faster and more qualitatively. Grilled corn and pineapple slices can be served as a side dish.

INGREDIENTS
4 steaks from a thin edge of 220-250 g each
2 cloves of garlic
salt, cayenne and freshly ground black pepper
vegetable oil for lubrication
For the marinade:
2/3 cup sweet-hot chili sauce
1/3 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp. l lime juice
lime zest
1/2 tsp ground jeera
Step-by-step recipe preparation
Step 1
Cut the garlic cloves in half lengths and rub each steak on both sides.
Step 2
For the marinade, chop the lime zest, mix with the other ingredients, then pour the meat and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 3
Drain the steaks with paper towels and fry on a grill or barbecue on a greased vegetable oil for the desired degree of readiness, about 4 minutes each. on each side for medium roasting. Then salt and pepper and serve.
Step 4
If you are cooking steaks in the oven, it is best to first fry them in a lightly greased grill pan with heat-resistant handle until golden brown on both sides, and then rearrange the oven to the desired degree of roasting for 5–15 minutes.

Hello! I am a blogger, I love God and people. Food is nice, but we must remember that eternity awaits us and where we spend it depends only on us!
Every person is a sinner, but JESUS CHRIST saved us from sin.
And if we repent of our sins and call upon his heart and Christ, we will be saved from hell, which is ready for the devil, but the devil does not want to go there himself and tempts people to sin. But God loves us, because he gave us the death of the dearest that he had — his Son Jesus.
Pray for prayer: Heavenly Father! I beg you, I’m sorry, I repent of my sins, because I lived without you. Jesus Christ, come into My heart and be my Lord and Savior, make me what you want. I thank you that in eternity I will be with you! Amen.
